"To anyone reading this, you can stop looking for other rentals now! Our group of 12 had a fantastic 3 nights on President's day weekend at this cabin. The owners were extremely accommodating. One of the things that you might find throughout the Poconos, as a renter, is a good amount of "bad ownership", this of course referring to other owners of rental properties who really don't care once you've paid your deposit in full. The Owners here were amazing! They called me asking what they could do to make my stay more enjoyable. They made great recommendations for food and fun for our group. They were there when we needed them, no matter what time of day. One of the things that sets this cabin apart from the rest is the location of the cabin, the fantastic views, the layout and ownership. The property was 100% clean and you could tell this is a year round maintenance operation. We really enjoyed the location of this cabin - close to everything. Contrary to some other locations, this cabin is far enough away, but close enough at the same time. For instance, you can have a late-night fire and conversation without disturbing any neighbors. All in all, I have already told these fantastic owners of our plans to re-visit." 5-Stars Jordan S

"I came upon this property when searching for a private secluded upscale place to host a bachelor party with 13 guys. Lance and Lisa were the absolute best with communication and providing all necessary info including activities, events, and places to eat. The cabin has everything you could possibly need and more. The two BBQ's on site are plenty enough to cook for a big group, the fire pit is well spaced out, and the back porch is perfect for hanging out. Its quite large, has plenty of seating and even included a patio bed which i personally slept on overnight. You can hear the river from the house and the bike path is right below for easy access. We had zero complaints about the house from anyone and everyone actually loved that it was different from generic style homes. I would seriously recommend this to anyone who is looking for a cool place to get away to. Thank you Lance and Lisa!!!!" 5-Stars Sebastian R

"Working with Lance and Lisa was an absolute pleasure. They answered all of my questions, were very accommodating, made helpful suggestions and were always available to speak to. The cabin was absolutely amazing. It is off the beaten path, which is exactly what I was looking for. The descriptions and pictures provided are exactly what you get - the cabin is actually even better in person. At the cabin, we had a BBQ, bonfires, pig roast and we even rented a dunk tank. There are also many activities to do nearby which makes the location really ideal. We went to skirmish paintball, white water rafting and casinos. These were just some of the local activities that we chose to do. This cabin exceeded all of my expectations. I would highly recommend this cabin for any occasion - whether it’s a bachelor party or a family trip. It is truly a home away from home."

"This cabin was INCREDIBLE and it was perfect for us. We went fishing, golfing, to casinos, restaurants, bars and clubs, all within half an hour max of the cabin!! The cabin itself was in pristine condition and had anything you would need in a getaway house. The owners were timely, respectful, and helpful with booking activities!" 5-Stars Jeremiah J.

"I rented this house while planning a Pocono bachelor party for guys in their late-20s. The majority of the people were coming from either NY or Philadelphia, so it was a great meeting spot for everyone. Even with over 10 people in the house, there was more than enough room for everyone. On top of the five bedrooms, there was comfy leather couches, nice tv's, a pool table and bar downstairs, and a big kitchen. There was a beautiful deck out back facing the river, where people could hang out at some high tables and enjoy the view. We bought a lot of hamburgers and hot dogs, and the two grills there made it easy for grill everything up. We did some outdoor activities at Pocono Manor sports club, which was only about a 25 minute drive away. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to have a great weekend with a decent size crowd (plus the landlords were great to deal with!) ." 5-Stars Terrence O

"My family had a great long weekend in the Pocono Log Cabin. My husband and I, our twin toddlers, my parents, and my brother, sister-in-law and four teenagers all really enjoyed our stay. The location is top-notch- the river is gorgeous and can be heard from the beautiful spacious deck. And the cabin is secluded but close enough to the quaint town of White Haven for groceries, restaurants, etc. There was plenty of room for all of us. What we really liked were the many different areas to gather - the deck, the open kitchen and living room, the fire pit,and the downstairs play/pool room with large tv. We all also really loved the hammock!
Walks and hikes along the trail and river conveniently right behind the cabin were great! And ziplining at Camelback mountain adventures was a favorite! We also visited a new outdoor Children's park at Nescopeck State park. It was 10 minutes from the cabin, beautifully designed with fun nature- inspired activities for the kids to discover, run and enjoy.
We really had a fun, relaxing weekend catching up with family and enjoying this amazing property and all it had to offer. There was something for everyone and the Cabin is just a fun, unique experience. Lance and Lisa were super easy to work with, helpful and answered all of my questions. We would definitely come back! Overall, a great Poconos rental experience!" 5-Stars Amy C.

Lehigh Gorge State Park: Lehigh Gorge State Park contains 4,548 acres of land and about 30 miles of the Lehigh River. Recreational opportunities include: hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and whitewater boating. About 26 miles of abandoned railroad grade follow the river and are available to hiking and biking and provide access for hunting and fishing. Whitewater rafting is a major attraction of the park. This section of the Lehigh River is Class III whitewater and is popular for rafting, kayaking and canoeing. The rafters can be seen and heard from our deck!

We recommend our guests plan a day of swimming at their lake. It has a sand beach and concession areas, bathrooms and bar-b-q areas. It is open from late-May to mid-September.
Nescopeck State Park: (approx 6 miles from cabin) Bordered on the south by steep Mount Yeager and on the north by Nescopeck Mountain, the 3,550-acre Nescopeck State Park encompasses wetlands, rich forests and many diverse habitats. An environmental education center provides year round educational programs on the park’s unique resources.
Beltsville State Park: The 2,972-acre Beltzville State Park, at the Jim Thorpe exit. The Pohopoco Creek, an excellent trout stream, feeds the 949-acre Beltzville Lake, which is a rest-stop for migrating waterfowl and is a destination for boaters and anglers.
